CONSULTING ENGAGEMENTS
DGOC uses a consulting cycle based on the Action Research Cycle (ARC), an approach which focuses on gathering, analyzing and sharing data in order to take actions and move forward. There are five main phases of the ARC: planning, data collection, data analysis & feedback, action planning, and implementation.
During planning, we figure out your goals, the outcomes you’re looking for, and how we’ll work together. Then, DGOC gathers data from you and your stakeholders that will help give you the information you need to work towards your goals. DGOC analyzes the data; puts it into a helpful, useful, relevant format; and shares it with you. This begins the next phase, action planning: based on the data, we work together to figure out what needs to happen to get you to the future you want, and come up with specific steps to get there. During implementation, DGOC provides support and helps you apply those steps.
